• Perform general cleaning duties in commercial and domestic properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, offices, and communal areas to high standards.
• Dispose of waste and ensure recycling and hygiene protocols are followed.
• Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety hazards promptly.
• Follow company procedures and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain a professional and courteous manner with clients, colleagues, and property occupants.
• Work efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
• Occasionally assist with deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleans, or specialized tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both speaking and reading)
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage your time efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and reliable.
• Legal right to work in the UK (valid work permit)
• Own smartphone with data plan and working camera
